Led by Brian Kosoy, CEO of Sterling Organization, and Lee Munder, founder and Chairman of Lee Munder Capital Group, the group of Palm Beach residents and investors involved are committed to developing and implementing a thoughtful and carefully considered revitalization of Royal Poinciana Plaza and its surrounding acreage in a manner that honors the signature architectural and horticultural heritage that defines the island of Palm Beach. Dedicated to meeting the needs of the Town over the next 50 years, the main objective for the redevelopment of Royal Poinciana Plaza to work in synch with the Town’s surrounding areas.
